Did you lose a personal item in an Air France, KLM, HOP!, or Flybe aircraft?

Did you lose a personal item in a lounge?

For any item lost in a public area (security control point, boarding halls, etc.) please contact the Lost and Found service of the relevant airport.
Did you find a personal item and were not able to hand it in to the Lost and Found service at the airport? There are several different ways you can declare the item, depending on where you found it.
In an aircraft that landed at Paris or Toulouse airports
In one of the lounges in Paris or Toulouse
In a different aircraft or lounge – Please contact the Baggage Service
In a public area – Please contact the airport's Lost and Found service
In case you find official documents
We keep official documents (passport, ID card, driving license, residency permit, etc.) for 7 days. We can get them back to you if you contact us within this time period. After 7 days, we are obliged to send them to an embassy, local council or police station.

Has your lost item been found? We're happy to hear it! Please note: You will be charged a fee of €12 when you come to collect your item. If you are unable to collect it directly from Air France, we can send it to you, upon payment of the shipping fees.
